Meal Information & Pricing

Breakfast
Breakfast is offered at all schools. The cost of breakfast for the 2009-2010 school year is as follows:

Reduced $.30
Student $1.50
MS/HS Student $1.75
Adult $1.75

Each breakfast consists of:
Dry cereal and graham cracker OR
Baked Item (menu)
Whole fruit OR
100% orange juice
Milk


Lunch
The foodservice department meets or exceeds the USDA guidelines for minimum nutritional value by serving lunches that meet one-third of the Recommended Dietary Allowance.
The cost of lunch for the 2009-2010 school year is as follows:

Reduced $.40
Elementary $2.00- 5days $10.00
HS/MS $2.25- 5days $11.25
Adult/Student Second Lunch $3.00


Various ala Carte items are sold at the high school and middle school.
All meals subject to change based upon availability.
Items marked with an "*" may contain pork.
Items marked with an "~" are new items.

» Foodservice is not responsible for lost or stolen ID cards.
» When only pork is menued, substitutions will be available to patrons who do not eat pork items due to religious beliefs.

FOR ELEMENTARY PARENTS ONLY:

All Elementary students will have a charge limit of $6.00, after that they will receive a cheese or peanut butter and jelly sandwich and milk for their lunch.

School Lunch Money

Use the PaySchools payment gateway to associate the students in your family with your online profile, check their lunch account balances, purchase breakfasts, lunches, or add money to the cash account for your students through PaySchools. You may also request that low balance e-mails be sent to you when your students' balances fall below the level you choose.

On Line Payment Tips:

Depending on when you do your on-line payment and the times our imports happen, it can take up to 36 hours to get information back to parents.  Pay School imports into our Websmartt system at 6 & 10 a.m.  Your payments will show in our system, but you the payee will not be able to see it this quickly.  The export from Websmartt goes back to Pay School around 3:30 p.m. and then from Pay School out to parents around 4:00 p.m.  This is when you should see money in your students account.  

INSTRUCTIONS ONLY:

FOR FIRST ON-LINE PAYMENT:

You will need to know your students ID number.  If your student does not know it or isn’t there for you to get, you may call the the foodservice office (457-6911) and request it. 

When Paying On-line, you may request email notices when your student’s account has a low balance.  When you do this, please take into account how you are entering the money.

If you enter money as meals – ask for notices when the meals are low.

MONEY IN AS MEALS, YOUR STUDENT WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO ONLY PURCHASE MEALS.

                     If you enter money as cash - ask for notices when the cash is low.

MONEY IN AS CASH, THEY WILL BE ABLE TO PURCHASE MEALS AND ALA CARTE.

If you don’t request your notice the same as you have entered your money, you will receive these notices even though you have meals or cash in the account.

                                        
ELEMENTARY PARENTS ONLY - 

If your student has a negative cash amount you must put in at least the negative amount in as cash to clear up the negative balance.  You may put both meals and cash in, but must have some cash to cover negative amount.
