Free and Reduced Price Meals (State Policy)
To apply for free and reduced-price meals, please fill out an application as soon as possible, sign it and return it to the school. Please answer all questions on the form. An application which does not contain complete information on household members and income cannot be used by the school. If information is missing, your child may be denied the meal benefits. Call your school if you need help with the form.
