Health/Health Certificates of Students
Students should have regular physical and dental examinations. Students may be required to submit a health and/or dental certificate. Each student shall be required to present a certificate of immunization unless exempted by State law prior to enrollment in the District. Each student participating in interscholastic athletics or cheerleading shall present a certificate annually to the effect that the student has been examined an may safely engage in athletic competition or cheerleading. The District may require additional health certificates from students participating in interscholastic athletics or cheerleading if a question arises regarding the student's health status.
