LEGAL STATUS OF THE BOARD
The Board of Directors of the Urbandale Community School District derives its legal status from the Constitution of the State of Iowa and from statutes enacted by the Iowa General Assembly. The Board of Directors acts as an agent of the State in educational matters. The Directors maintain their status by continued support of the electors.
