Policies
QUORUM FOR MEETINGS
A majority (a minimum of four) of the members of the Board of Directors shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business but a lesser number may adjourn. A majority vote of those present and voting shall be necessary and sufficient to pass any motion or to take any action of the Board unless the vote of a greater number with respect to the particular subject matter shall be required by law or by Board policy.
