SUPERINTENDENT OF SCHOOLS - SALARY AND BENEFITS

The Board retains discretion to set the salary of the Superintendent of Schools on an annual basis at the beginning of each contract year. The salary of the initial year of a multi-year contract shall be specified in the contract. The Board may agree not to lower the annual compensation in subsequent years if so specified in the contract.

The Superintendent shall have such benefits as specified in Board policies and such additional benefits as may be specified in the contract of employment.
