Supervisors employed directly by the District shall be employed for a
term of one year. The term and number of days of service
shall be specified in the written employment contract.
The Board reserves the right not to renew a contract with a classified
supervisor for any reason. The Board also reserves the
right to terminate employment of a classified supervisor during the one-year
term of employment for any reason upon fourteen (14) calendar days' notice or
immediately for cause.
If a supervisor wishes to resign from a contract, the supervisor must
comply with Board policies on resignation.
