ROLE OF ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL
District administrative personnel are given an opportunity and the responsibility to provide educational leadership and to implement the educational philosophy of the District. They are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the District. In carrying out these operations and to meet the needs of the students, the administration is guided by the Board’s policies, the law, and the input of people in the community.
It shall be the responsibility of the administration to implement and enforce legal requirements and the policies of the Board, to lead and to oversee District personnel, to monitor educational issues confronting the District, to supervise students and staff, to implement the educational program, and to inform the Board of Directors about District needs and operations.
