350 – Reduction In Administrative Personnel

REDUCTION IN ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL
The Board of Directors shall have the discretion to determine the appropriate number of administrative personnel and the length of service.
When considering a reduction in the number of administrative personnel, the Board shall consider the number of students enrolled, the number of facilities operated, financial status of the District, the assignment of duties among other administrative personnel, the desired level of services, and other factors deemed relevant by the Board of Directors.
In making reductions of administrative personnel, the Board of Directors shall consider the relative training, special skills, competence, licensure/certification, experience (both in and out of the District), and qualifications of the individuals to do the available work, as well as the needs of the District and other factors deemed relevant by the Board.
