Community Needs Assessment Forum: Thursday, January 18th 6:30pm-8:00pm UHS Media Center

The Urbandale Community School District (Urbandale CSD) has made a commitment to transform and improve learning for our students. As part of this continuous improvement effort, we are seeking input on various educational topics from our stakeholders. We’re hosting a Community Needs Assessment Forum at the Urbandale High School Media Center (enter through Media Center Doors) on Thursday, January 18, 2018, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The purpose of the forum is to:

  • gather input from the community to further define Urbandale CSD’s desired state.
  • gather input to update the Exit Outcomes for Urbandale CSD Graduates.
  • identify major educational needs for Urbandale CSD.

All Urbandale families, staff, and community members are invited to attend. If you would like to participate in the forum, please RSVP by January 16th to 515-457-5000 or email Julie Mitchell mitchellj@urbandaleschools.com so we are able to plan for your attendance. We look forward to welcoming you!
