Subaru Donates 150 STEM Books To Rolling Green ElementaryCreated on November 21st, 2019
Rolling Green Elementary students recently received a fantastic surprise when Mitch Williams and Pat Klinefelter with Ramsey Subaru delivered 150 new STEM books as part of the Subaru Loves Learning program. On Tuesday, November 19, 2019, Williams and Klinefelter delivered boxes of books with subjects pertaining to science, technology, engineering, and math.
“We are so excited to receive these great books from Subaru,” said Rolling Green, Karen Acres, and Valerius Elementary Teacher Librarian Melissa Marwedel. “These award-winning science books will be a great addition to our library. The students are excited to start checking them out. Thank you so much to Subaru!”
Since 2015, Subaru has partnered with the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) through the Subaru Loves Learning initiative to donate over 277,600 science books to schools in communities across the country. The Urbandale Community School District extends a sincere ‘thank you’ to Subaru for supporting student learning through the Subaru Loves Learning program.
