Our first day of school at Karen Acres is Thursday, July 25, 2024!
8:50am – 3:40pm
Students must register for school every year! Visit: urbandaleschools.com/register
- Kindergarten Orientation – July 18, 5:00-5:45pm at Karen Acres
- Classroom Assignments for 1st-5th Grades – check your email July 18
- Classroom Assignments for Kindergarten – check your email July 19
- Open House Meet the Teacher | Drop Off School Supplies – July 23, 2024, 4:00-5:00pm
School hours:
- Tuesday – Friday 8:50am – 3:40pm; doors open at 8:40am
- Late Start Monday 9:55am – 3:40pm; doors open at 9:45am
Students must register for school every year. Families who have not yet registered for 24-25: Please take a few minutes to register and let us know your student will be returning next year. You’ll find detailed instructions for registering your returning student(s) by visiting: urbandaleschools.com/register
