Field Day & Family Picnic Lunch on Friday, May 16!

Families are invited to join their students for a picnic style lunch during their student’s lunch time on Friday, May 16th! You are welcome to bring food for you and/or your child or just come sit outside with your child while they eat their lunch. ALL students already signed up for either a School Sack lunch or a Home lunch.
Students will get their lunch and then meet family members outside at the designated location (see below). Families are encouraged to bring a blanket and/or camping chairs to sit picnic style with their students. Students will line up with their grade after lunch to walk around the school to the playground for recess. Parents/family members will leave at this time before the recess transition.
RSVP HERE if you are able to join your student for lunch May 16th. Complete an RSVP for each student by May 9th.
Location and Time of Picnic by Grade Level:
Kindergarten- K-1 Learning Stairs, 10:50 – 11:15
2nd Grade – *Urbie Oasis. 11:15 – 11:40
1st Grade – K-1 Learning Stairs, 11:30 – 11:55
4th Grade – Urbie Oasis, 11:50 – 12:15
3rd Grade – K-1 Learning Stairs, 12:10 – 12:35
5th Grade – Urbie Oasis, 12:30 – 12:55
*The “Urbie Oasis” is the green and blue turf by the front entrance.
**Parking will be limited, so please plan to utilize the North lot at Walker Johnston Park and walk to the school from there. Please do not use the small lot north of the tennis courts, as it will be unavailable for our use during this time.
