Picture Re-Take Day at Karen Acres: November 8, 8:00am – 11:00am

QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ORDER:

  • Please call HR Imaging at 815-433-1766

RETAKES are scheduled for NOVEMBER 8TH at Karen Acres, 8:00am – 11:00am:

  • HR Imaging has a “no questions asked” policy for retakes. If for any reason you are not happy with your student’s pictures, the photograph may be retaken on November 8th. The entire picture package must be returned to the photographer on November 8th in order to have a new photo taken.
  • If you would like your student’s name added to the retake list, please email raeckerm@urbandaleschools.com with your student’s name.
  • Students who were absent on our September 28 picture day will automatically be added to the retake list.

REFUNDS:

  • HR Imaging has a “no questions asked” policy for refunds. If for any reason you are not happy with your student’s pictures, you may request a refund. The ENTIRE package must be returned within 5 days. A full refund will be issued by HR Imaging and sent via US Postal Service within 10-14 days of receipt.
