Smile Squad is coming to Webster
Created on April 19th, 2024The Smile Squad is a mobile dental unit that comes right to our school to provide dental care to students in 2nd-5th grade that qualify. If you are interested in having your student receive care from the Smile Squad, please fill out the permission form (listed below) and return it to the school nurse by May 1st. If you need us to print out a form for you, please let the office or nurse know at 515-331-8600.
