On Friday, Oct 6, 2023, Webster Elementary held its 10th annual “Race Around Webster” (RAW) fundraiser to support the construction of an outdoor classroom at Webster. Students Pre-K through 5th grade raced around the school and participated in obstacles along the way. 

To kick off the fundraiser, there was a pre-race ceremony with the Urbandale High School cheerleaders and drumline, along with Urbie the J-Hawk, to get the students excited with cheers, chants, and music. 

Although it was a chilly day, students, families, and guests enjoyed being able to give back while racing around Webster. Great job, Webster! #Websterpride #Ubelong
